Clean Energy, Robust Infrastructure We have fully equipped the rooftops of our Gökrail Sivas production facilities with high-efficiency solar panels (GES). We have begun meeting the power needs of all our energy-intensive industrial operations—such as railcar body welding, bogie assembly lines, and heavy chassis manufacturing—directly from nature and renewable sources. Thanks to this investment, we are minimizing carbon emissions during the production phase and manufacturing green logistics chassis that are fully compliant with the European Green Deal and TSI (Interoperability Standards) criteria. Sustainable Steps Toward the Future By its very nature, rail transport is already the most environmentally friendly method of mass logistics. At Gökrail, we believe that this eco-friendly transportation chain must be “green” right from the manufacturing stage. Our rooftop energy project is not merely an energy-saving initiative; it is the most tangible proof of our commitment to leaving a cleaner world for future generations.
